OVER VIEW OF OUR FACILITIES

St. Andrew’s Parish Hall and Conference Centre is a muliti-functional, two storey building situated on Fabian Road, Teesville. It is 4 miles from Middlesbrough town centre and is the property of St. Andrew’s RC Church, which is next door. The building boasts a very large main hall on the ground floor and various sized meeting rooms on the upper floor. A chair lift has been installed for people who struggle with stairs. Our facilities have been used by the NHS and for Modern Jive dances, Zumba classes, dancing championships and competitions, fundraising functions, mediation meetings, meditation and spiritual groups and various functions; our stage is often used by local dancing schools for practise sessions.

A very large room that can seat 200 people theatre style or 170 with tables. It has a first class sprung dance floor and large theatre stage with lighting. This is the ideal room for large conferences, performances, dances, corporate and family functions and exercise classes. The facilities include stage lighting, a sound system with a loop for the hard of hearing, a screen for projection (a projector can be provided if required), and a kitchen with two wall fixed water boilers, a microwave oven and a small fridge.

OUR CONFERENCE AND MEETING ROOMS

Our conference and meeting rooms are situated on the upper floor, accessed by a disabled chair lift if required. We have various sized rooms available which can accommodate groups of 4 to 50 people. This makes them ideal for meetings, conferences, training and mediation meetings. Each room has modern, flexible conference tables and chairs. Flipcharts, a large screen TV and DVD player can be provided if required, at no extra cost.

THE CONFERENCE ROOM:

Our largest meeting room can accommodate up to 72 people theatre style or 28 in a boardroom or training environment. The modern flexible tables in this room can be arranged in a number of configurations, depending upon your requirements. The room is equiped with a ceiling fixed projector, screen, points for a laptop (not provided), a wall mounted whiteboard. a sound system with microphone.

Room 2:

A large, bright, flexible room which can be used for community groups and clubs as well as formal meetings and small conferences. This is one of the rooms used by St. Andrew's Youth Club on a weekly basis.

Room 3

A smaller room seating up to 14 people in a boardroom style. This room is often used for spiritual and meditation groups as well as business meetings.

Room 6:

This is our smallest meeting room. It has a modern round table and can seat four or five people comfortably. The room also has a wall mounted whiteboard.

CATERING

Refreshments can be provided on arrival and for comfort breaks, if required. This service is available at a small additional cost. We can also arrange for hot and cold buffet lunches with local outside caterers, and provide a separate break-out dining room for tea and coffee. Please request information or a quote for these services when making your enquiry.

HOW TO FIND US

We are situated on the corner of Fabian Road and Bondfield Road, opposite the site of the former James Finnegan Hall, 2 miles from the A66 to the north and 2 miles from the A174 Parkway to the south, between Eston and Normanby.

From the A66
Leave the A66 at the Asda junction and follow Normanby Road towards Normanby, past St. Peter’s Catholic College on the left. At the traffic lights, go straight on past Briarwood Nursing home and Tees Valley Leisure Centre, past Gillbrook and Eston Park Schools. At the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Fabian Road. We are on the right hand side, just past the Eston Pub.

From the A174 Parkway
From the A174 Parkway, follow the signs to Eston from Greystones roundabout. Drive through Old Lackenby and follow the road through Eston. Drive past the large red brick church on the right hand side and take the next turning right on to Church Lane. Drive down to the set of traffic lights and turn left onto Fabian Road. We are approximately 200 yards on the left hand side.
