St. Andrew’s Parish Hall and Conference Centre is a muliti-functional, two storey building situated on Fabian Road, Teesville. It is 4 miles from Middlesbrough town centre and is the property of St. Andrew’s RC Church, which is next door. The building boasts a very large main hall on the ground floor and various sized meeting rooms on the upper floor. A chair lift has been installed for people who struggle with stairs. Our facilities have been used by the NHS and for Modern Jive dances, Zumba classes, dancing championships and competitions, fundraising functions, mediation meetings, meditation and spiritual groups and various functions; our stage is often used by local dancing schools for practise sessions.

A very large room that can seat 200 people theatre style or 170 with tables. It has a first class sprung dance floor and large theatre stage with lighting. This is the ideal room for large conferences, performances, dances, corporate and family functions and exercise classes. The facilities include stage lighting, a sound system with a loop for the hard of hearing, a screen for projection (a projector can be provided if required), and a kitchen with two wall fixed water boilers, a microwave oven and a small fridge.

Our conference and meeting rooms are situated on the upper floor, accessed by a disabled chair lift if required. We have various sized rooms available which can accommodate groups of 4 to 50 people. This makes them ideal for meetings, conferences, training and mediation meetings. Each room has modern, flexible conference tables and chairs. Flipcharts, a large screen TV and DVD player can be provided if required, at no extra cost.

Our largest meeting room can accommodate up to 72 people theatre style or 28 in a boardroom or training environment. The modern flexible tables in this room can be arranged in a number of configurations, depending upon your requirements. The room is equiped with a ceiling fixed projector, screen, points for a laptop (not provided), wireless internet, and a wall mounted whiteboard. It is used on a regular basis for computer courses for the Job Centre and by local companies for training courses.

Room 2:
A large, bright, flexible room which is regularly used for maths and English courses for the Job Centre but is also ideal for community groups as well as formal meetings and small conferences.

Rooms 3 & 4:
Two smaller rooms seating up to 14 people in a boardroom style and is ideal for small meetings or company training courses.

Room 6:
This is our smallest room and can be used as an office base for a small business. It has a desk with comfortable chair, a modern round meeting table which can seat four comfortably for a meeting and access to wireless internet. There is also access to a kitchen for refreshements.
